As a Toddler Lead Teacher at Let Them Play Learning Center, she honed her skills in child development, classroom management, and family communication. Her time as a Personal Care Assistant with The Stepping Stones Group deepened her understanding of behavioral support and the unique needs of children with autism — experience that benefits every family she works with today.
